Once you update the information on your profile through our mobile app your information on your Cliquey device will be immediately updated. Simply log in to your account and make the necessary changes.

If you lose your device, you can deactivate your profile through your account on the mobile app to prevent others from accessing your information until you replace the device.

Simply log into the The Cliquey app. Click activate my device. Follow the directions on App.

To update your profile on the mobile app, follow these steps:

  2. Tap on the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap the "Edit" button in the top right corner of the screen.

  5. Once you've made your changes, tap the "Save" button in the top bottom of the screen.

Sharing your profile information with others using Cliquey device is simple. Here's how you can do it:

Ensure that both you and the person you want to share your profile with have NFC-enabled devices. (If a person is able to tap and pay with their phone they will be able to use access your profile)

Step 1: Make sure the person you are connecting with phone is not locked.

Step 2: Apple Device: Hold your Cliquey device against the back or front of the other person's camera.

Android Device: Hold your Cliquey device against the middle back section of the phone. If the case is thick. Have customer remove cover or share your information via QR code or text.

The devices will establish a connection through NFC, and your profile information will be automatically shared with the other person.

The recipient will receive a notification or prompt on their device with options to view and save your profile information.

The recipient can then choose to save your profile directly to their contacts or access it through the Cliquey app.
